Dun da dah! That was the trumpet announcing the start of a new series on the blog. I was thinking the other day about all the small aspects of Chinese culture that seemed strange at first, but are so common they soon ceased to catch my attention. And since they are no longer catching my attention, I've never blogged about them.
It's time to remedy this situation. In this series of posts, I will introduce you to my new "normal" -- a world filled with squat toilets, hot water, and marshmallow babies. Enjoy!
